*It's Read Across America week and we have a special schedule to join in on the fun...
Monday, February 27-Dr. Seuss’s Sleep Book: Wear pajamas
Tuesday, February 28-The Cat in the Hat: Wear a hat
Wed., February 29-My Many Colored Days: Wear lots of colors
Thursday, March 1-Fox in Socks: Wear mismatched socks
Friday, March 2 – HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DR. SEUSS!!!

*In addition, the students at Highland will be hosting an event to inform our families and community of ways to stay healthy and safe! Please join us on Thursday, March 1st from 5:00-6:30 pm for a fun night of learning and a healthy meal provided by the Family Resource Center.

Class 1 We are moving on to decimals! We will be relating fractions to decimals on Monday. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we will be comparing decimals.
Class 2 will continue to work on fractions. We will be multiplying whole numbers and fractions on Monday and Tuesday. If we have enough time, we will review on Wednesday and have a test on Thursday.
Class 3 (Mrs. Bryant’s group) this group will continue to work on multiplication and division skills. (Mrs. Bowles’ group) will be moving onto fractions. FOR ALL CLASSES…This week’s math marathon skill is over multi-step problems.
